Food addiction is an asymptomatic disease and varies from person to person . It can be something as simple as getting comfort and pleasure from taking food of one's choice. . So, the bottom line is People are getting something out of eating the things they enjoy. People continues to repeat the same because they do not want to loose their pleasure zone. Food addictions make us to find satisfaction outside turning away our attention from inner contentment. Try......Sit back.....Close your eyes....Think ...I am a powerful pure soul......Purity is my original nature....I radiate purity outside....I have pure relation with people...nature and everything around me...I am a point of light dwelling between the eyebrows.....I rule this body...I am the master of all senses....To me every food served is delicious...for I believe it is god's gift to me....I like some food tastes...but I am not obsessed with any particular preferences..... I always choose to feel I the being..... the ruler..... is feeding my body... I am free.... always contended......I do not seek joy from .......tastes ....because.... I do not wish to be a slave to my palate. I have enough will power to bear the discomfort accustoming to my new life style ... ...I am honestly ... putting my efforts to control my desire for tastes..... ...I am quite confident of my success...
