Gratitude is a representation of thankful appreciation for everything one receives. Practising gratitude to every thing helps us to stay unstuck with situations. Negative emotions hinder our advancement to happiness. Gratitude help us to strengthen our relationship, improves health, free us from criticism and complaining habits, make our life positive and happy. This is a small meditation to learn attitude of gratitude to everything around us...

Sit back comfortably....Close your eyes....Think ...I am a peaceful wise being....I love all...I can easily accept everyone as they are...I choose to appreciate good in everything...I am grateful too others and receive gratitude in return....I focus to live a life of gratitude I know practicing gratitude protect me free from negative emotions ...I am learning the art of thankfulness....I thank the supreme for what I am and what I have...I thank every object I use....I thank all loving and supporting me...I thank five elements of nature for sustaining my life...Even I am thankful to people who is not right to me...I am grateful to them because they have given me the opportunity to increase my will power......I thank all planets for keeping my mother earth safe...I am radiating vibrations of love and gratitude .....around me...
