Self compassion is treating ourselves with same kind and concern that is usually to a dear one. In situation of confronting personal mistakes people resort to self criticism and self pity to overcome the situation. Self compassion help one to acknowledge oneself and accept unconditionally that he/she is worthy. Thoughts of self compassion mitigate effects of negative feeling arising in mind. Self compassion is beneficial as it improves our intrapersonal and interpersonal well being. This affirmation is a set of thoughts which may help to incorporate self compassion as a part of life.
Try....Sit back...Close your eyes...relax from head to toe....think...I am a loveful being...Kindness and compassion are my innate qualities ....I am worthy and good.....I love and accept myself as I am... I radiate pure love around me..... I can forgive my faults.......Faults are a proof that I am learning and improving myself...I do not loose myself in harsh situations...Tuning to god almighty...receiving his love and support...I am becoming more strong to face difficulties....with stability...I am deeply convinced that stress, struggle and suffering are part of every one's life...I choose not to criticise or judge me because I know there is no use to think more on things happened.......I can easily compromise accepting what is good and right for me......I can heal myself easily....
