Sit back comfortably......Close your eyes.................Breath normally....Focus on the rhythm of breathing....Think I am a peaceful person....Peace is my eternal quality. I love to be peace and calm. Whatever happens around me I choose to respond peacefully and calmly............ ..I realise in every scene of my life people play their roles....Their roles in no way influence my feelings.....I understand I am solely responsible for creating feelings of anger. I am convinced anger brings loss to me only......I am accepting situations ,people as such with love....I the being is independent .........cool .......and stable. I spread vibrations of peace around me.....
