It is important for all of us to make ourselves aware about how habits rule our lives. Habits are routine behavioural acts. Habits come in to action through regular practice. We don't have to take effort to strengthen habits as they appear automatically. Here lies the question whether we can change habits or not..... This is a small autosuggestion which help you to overcome habits....
Sit back and relax...Close your eyes......Breath in and breath out.....Concentrate on the rhythm of your breathing......Think I am a powerful being. Power is my birth right....My father Almighty is the Ocean of powers......I am receiving positive powers from him..... I focus inside......I am realising that my habit of becoming moody is not fair ....I really dislike this.......I am also deeply convinced .....that this habit no longer help me in any way.....I believe I have enough strength to completely overcome this ......Even if I have some discomfort I will not repeat this act......Tuning my mind to god almighty ......I get enough strength to minimise these unhealthy repetition....... My will power is increasing....My consciousness is becoming pure.I have gained enough self control...... Definitely I will put all my efforts to shed it.....Success is definite for me......
