Good sleep

A good sleep keeps us healthy and  coming  day better. But less than 60 percent people get good sleep due to overwhelming thoughts. These thoughts  keep us awake or breaks our sleep intermittently. So the next day we feel tired,lethargic and moody. This is a small meditation to get a good sleep. Regular practice brings you better results


Relax and reflect.on these thoughts

Sit  back and relax......preparing for a good sleep.......let me just look at my day....everything that is passed is past.....however tough,how ever challenging..... however painful it's over....Now I start with a new response,new feeling....I can control my mind,my thoughts,I am a pure energy... complete.... beautiful.....contended.....Successful.... everything I search out side is already in me....I am positive...no negative energy from outside.influence me....I am the master of my body and mind.i radiate peace and blessings to all.All accept,respect and support me.Now nothing goes out.of my control...I am at peace.Repeat.for 10 days.with a relaxing music.
