Ego is the attachment to a false identity. It is crucial for us to distinguish our real self and delusions of grandeur. False ego means we deceive our-self about who we really are. False ego is a false consciousness attached and attracted to physical entities. We can reach our authentic nature and remain in self respect only by cutting our false head of ego. Let us practice this affirmation shifting our ego to self respect...
Sit back comfortably.......Close your eyes. Think I am a pure divine being.....I am filled with powers and virtues........... ...I am not this body.....Whatever I enjoy now my status ..positions all are bodily possessions. I am far above this .............a unique entity ...This is my original identity .......my self respect............. ............... I understand ...Divinity is in giving not in taking....Giving is my natural nature......I realise the more I give the more I become powerful........This energises me......make me free from taking in hurts ..... and criticisms . I do not expect respect and acceptance from anyone ........instead whatever scenes come...whoever I meet I keep attention to give respect....irrespective of age position and status.....I understand my royalty is in cooperating... I am ready to share......I know this is spiritual power....I am charging myself.....
