Our behaviour and face reveals what is inside us. When we have a clear conscience our dealings will be transparent and life style will be clean. Another benefit is we will be able to immediately discern anything wrong that any one is doing and even in highest level their inner intentions too. No one can deceive such a person because of the impact and clarity of their honesty. This autosuggestion is to maintain a clear and clean conscience.
Sit comfortably...breath in....breath out.....Close your eyes.....Think.....I am a pure being...I maintain purity in my thoughts words and actions....I am sincere and honest and do not choose to manipulate any situation...I live without fear or desire....I always stand upon my principles of truth and honesty...I trust my conscience to alert me when tempted to do something against my principles....I keep my self respect and is undeterred if falsely criticised....I have my own stand in all matters....I choose to respond.with calm mind.... do not react or outburst......as I know truth is self evident. I am free from resentment.... grudges irritations....and frustrations..... whatever happens to me...because ...I cannot afford to loose my spiritual energy . I always choose to be generous and forgiving to my detractors.....My conscience is clean and clear.....like a sparkling diamond....I am radiating o pure vibrations and good feelings around me.......
