Mood swings

Mood swings are rapid fluctuations in mood. It is good as it is the indication of a flexible mind. But in most cases it is dangerous as the person cannot regain oneself. Extreme mood changes has been driven to bipolar disorder. So it is good to have good control over  this disruptive behaviour as it affects our personality as a social being. .Meditation calms your mind, decreases your rapidity in mood changes.  his is an affirmation to relieve from swinging moods...   


Sit back.....Relax ...Close your eyes....Think.... I am a peaceful being...Peace is my innate virtue....I have a peaceful mind....I can  calm my mind easily...I am not affected by any infected thoughts....Though  thoughts come...I choose not to hold them....I have the power of accommodating anything....Just like the ocean accepts  every river and  remains stable....I am  accommodating everything as a natural occurring....destined in my life......being a witness.... I know My emotions are my creations,  I  can let them  go ...the one's harmful to me... I fill pure feelings of love and peace in my mind....I see god as a pure  light giving me golden rays of love and peace......This rays are purifying my mind...My mind is becoming clean.........From this moment I am leaving  the destructive behaviour of changing moods because......I know I will be a ill personality.... if I continue ....I choose to have a cool..... calm .....mind....  experiencing  peace.....relaxation... I am spreading vibrations of peace around me....
