Boost Creativity

Creativity is an inherent gift. It is present in our consciousness. It is a flow of energy. But ruminating past thoughts, creating stressful emotions is blocking the original flow. When mind is relaxed and happy we can tap the innate source of creativity as much we want. This is a small autosuggestion to be imaginative and creative at any instant. After doing this...churn mind to produce similar thoughts...write something on the object you first see...minimum five sentences...Repeat this everyday you can see that your power to create increases amazingly...

Sit back comfortably....Concentrate on your breathing ...Relax...Close your eyes....Think....I am a beautiful star shining between my eye brows....I am shining with seven colours.....I can see the reflections outside my body.... extending to the whole room...to the whole universe...I the star is   slowly moving out.....I am now above my whole body.....I am moving up...Now I am a  seeing me as a flying star ...moving towards sky.....Birds are flying near me.... I am enjoying the beauty of this blue sky...I am becoming weightless......Now I am going beyond sky to world of planets...Going beyond sun to a world of sweet silence......filled with red light.. a wrold of comfort...relaxation........ .I can see many other stars there ....receiving me.. They are coming near me.... a pool of stars surrounds me...I can feel their rays on me......They are giving their powers to me as powerful rays....I am becoming more and more powerful...I can visualise infinite stars around me like glowing lamps....Now I am starting my returning journey...All the stars are standing in a line to bid me farewell....I am flying  down.... and down..... back to  this world ....I am entering my body....   between eyebrows.....My mind is feeling  good ...a feeling of power to do anything...All my hidden innate powers are coming to my consciousness......I am becoming a creative person....I can feel a stream of ideas flowing in my mind.....I am choosing to focus my thoughts on the object I first see......
