Depression is a psychological disorder which cause a persistent sadness,worthlessness and loss of interest in one's life. These depressive feelings distort the person's contact with reality. Depression in it acute stage require long term medical treatment and counselling. A multiple episode of recurring emotions of sadness, anger, resentment result in depression. Breath in and out after a short pause......Close your eyes.......Make your mind relaxed....Think I am a happy and joyous being.....My supreme father is the ocean of bliss.....I receive positive vibrations of bliss from him....I am getting more and more interested in my life...To me life is worthy...I love my life..........I wish to inculcate positive virtues in life....I spend each second of my life meaningful ....because I know time will pass soon ...and .....I have lot to achieve....I am interested in all activities of day today life..... Each second gives me immense joy......I understand ....this body is a worthy..... god's gift to me for service ....I take proper care of my body....Everyone loves me and keep beautiful relation with me.....I am blessed with positive blessings from all around me...Filling positivity in my mind ...I am shedding all negative feelings because I realise wounds if left for time become chronic ......I am happy always....
