Death remains a mystery always. But it is a truth to be accepted that all come to this world and has to leave once. Negative thoughts about leaving the body make us panic. Meditation help us to replace our negative thoughts with positive ones. This small affirmation help us to face agony of death and shed any feeling created by fear of loss ....
Try....Sit comfortably......Close your eyes....Breath in and out slowly.....Concentrate on breathing...Think......I am a knowledgeful soul.....I know life is god's gift and has to be treated valuable...I enjoy each second of my life....I am deeply convinced that every soul has a span of time on earth and has to return once...I strongly believe I the soul is immortal.....I am a guest in my present body and will change this body shortly...Like wise those near to me has also leave their body for new ones...I the soul is a living energy radiating energy around me....I choose to accept my present body as a temporary home....I love and accept all around me ..but is not possessive with anything in this world...because I do not want anything to chain me during my return journey....I choose connecting me solely to divine ....... my father...and remain connected to him always....His love showered as blessings increases my power making me ever ready to leave at any stage of life...I am becoming stronger ...I can easily release all embarrassing thoughts about death....I can let go off any grieve of loss in my life...I am fully relaxed...I focus to live at present...I am putting all efforts to make my life ..........the attained gift .....beautiful......
