Free from boredom

Boring is an emotional state of mind when one feels no interest in some sort of work. It is a period of dullness. Boring is also related with thought pattern . The only substitute from boring is feeling, enjoying new in every task. Only a mind which can seek positivity can only find new things. Meditation reduces boring by transforming thoughts. Try this affirmation to change your thought pattern.

Try....close your eyes...Think...I am a clean being...I am the wise master of my body mind and intellect...I set directions for them to obey...I choose to look every task as a practice bringing benefit to me. I am keen to sustain interest in everything I do seeking new objectives...I realise boredom is a habitual  thought pattern of mind...I have to leave this soon....I do not even like to think I am bored because I know the thought creates stillness in my mind....Connecting to my father...receiving his blessings and powerful vibrations ..I am curbing all thoughts of boring... Now I am strong enough to stimulate mind with new new thoughts and ideas...................
