Managing anger of others

Anger is an unhealthy emotion. It destroys one's ability of clear thinking. Anger reduces one's tolerance ability and makes intellect polluted. Many things in life can trigger anger. It is easy to control one's own anger by choosing a different way to respond. But it is rather difficult to manage a person in several degrees of rage with a calm mind. Only when we understand the person in-front of us is emotionally in pain, we can deal with him/her softly and generously. I wish to share a few affirmative thoughts which help to calm anger in another with repeated practice....

Try....Relax your mind, body and spirit....Look at the other person's eyes...Think......I am a peaceful being....I choose to be calm at all situations...Calm nature is worthy for me ..I accept everything with a clear and peaceful mind....I realise every angry person is weak and is in  emotional pain ...I am accepting all as they are.......I am creating good thoughts for every one...You are a peaceful being...I love you and respect you...I never criticise you for these little issues...I understand your pain ....Connecting to the higher self ....our father...receiving his healing powers I am healing  you.... liberating you from this emotional illness....You are becoming OK.....You are now a peaceful good being...I am always thankful for the beautiful relation you keep with me....
