Keeping mentally fit

Now a days people are more conscious about physical fitness. People stick on to strict diet, regular exercise, cutting down oily food to restore health. For a healthy life only physical health cannot do nothing, mental health is equally important.  Life is a journey. Every scene in life may not be positive. Some scenes create fear, anxiety and worry. We become mentally tired when we constantly experience chronic worries. We worry more about others than ourselves even though we have only limited influence over people and situations. Carrying overwhelming thoughts make mind heavy weak and lethargic. Tired mind affects body int he form of physical fatigue. i am sharing a small affirmation or a remedy for mental tiredness.

Sit back ....Close your eyes...Think...I am a positive and powerful being...I decide what I am and what I should be....I am the master of my body, mind and intellect...I have compete control over the selection of thoughts I feed to my mind...I know life is a journey and has both positive and negative scenes....But I am the chooser of my thoughts ...I accept.... all the scenes bring good to me....and no scene lasts forever...I have to wait patiently for it to pass at its pace....I am not worried about anyone...because I know each one has their own destiny ...which I cannot change....I accept everyone as they are....I keep good wishes for them....I am quite aware of my strengths and weaknesses..I accept myself objectively....Nothing outside can lift me up or lift me down....Connecting to my supreme father...I am becoming wise to discriminate thoughts passing in me...His vibrations brightens my body and lightens my mind....I am becoming more calm and stable.....I am becoming well protected and quite easy....
